Susan Whiddon
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Susan Whiddon was born and raised in Colquitt County. She and her husband, David, live on a small farm near Norman Park with two Labrador Retrievers and a Boykin Spaniel. Susan has three sons, Eric, Grady, and Hunter. She also has eight grandchildren who love spending time on the farm! Susan is passionate about families and children. Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle appointed her to the Georgia Commission on Women in 2013. Her attention is focused on issues concerning at-risk children.

Cole Pitts

Cole is a current board member with Titus Ranch. Cole was born and raised in Moultrie, GA. Cole and his wife Abbey are the proud parents to three children – Shaw, Pace, and Perry. Cole graduated from Colquitt County High School in 2011 and later graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in business and he currently serves as a Vice President/Relationship Manager with First National Bank of Moultrie. Cole and his family are members of First Baptist Church Moultrie. Cole is excited to be a part of Titus Ranch and the works that it is doing to further mentor the kids of Moultrie & Colquitt County and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ to each boy and girl.

Brooklyn Brown
SECRETARY & TREASURER
Brooklyn Brown is our current Secretary/Treasurer. She was born in Griffin, GA but has lived in Moultrie for most of her life. After high school she attended ABAC, where she graduated with her Associate’s degree, before transferring to Southeastern University where she received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing.
Nancy Riley
DIRECTOR OF MENTORING
Nancy Riley is the current Director of Mentoring at Titus Ranch. Nancy was born and raised in Moultrie. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Valdosta State University in 1998. Nancy joined Titus Ranch in May of 2025 after serving in several roles in school and church settings through the years – most recently as a youth director. Nancy is married to Jason. They have three children, Mitchell (married to Cassidy), David and Alaina Riley.
